This programme will gently introduce you to the world of running. Before you start, you should already be able to comfortably walk for 45 minutes. This is your chance to get healthy, lose some weight and feel better! You get 8 Weeks of running, strength and stretch sessions all can be done according to your schedule. You get me there to support you and others who are also doing the programme for support.
