Our Tier One programme.
This is for you if you are self motivated and just need a kickstart to get back on track.
Perfect if you want a few sessions a week and less accountability from me.
 

What's included:
 

  • 1 x 45 minute on boarding video call to set goals, do some exercise tests (not as scary as you think) and plan the next 8 weeks
     

  • 8 weeks of personalised programming tailored just to you
     

  • 3 x online video sessions per week to follow along to (all sessions between 10-30 minutes long)
     

  • 1 x weekly check in via message from me
     

  • Every 4 weeks a 30 minute video call check in with me

BUILD

Our Tier Two Programme
This is for you if you just need a bit of support from me to help keep you motivated and on track.


Build includes more accountability from me along with self care practices layered in to start you on the journey of taking time for yourself and being ok with that.

 

What's included: 

  • 1 x 45 minute on boarding video call to set goals, do some exercise testing (not as scary as you think) and plan out the 8 weeks
     

  • 3 x video online sessions per week to follow along to (all sessions between 10-30 minutes long)
     

  • 1 x Gratitude Journal 
     

  • Self care practice habits layered into your weekly programme, such as getting steps, learning to calm your mind, be more mindful depending on your personal goals.
     

  • Every 4 weeks a 30 minute video call check in
     

  • 2 x weekly check ins from me via message

  • 4-5 online video sessions per week to follow along to (all sessions between 10-30 minutes)
     

  • 1 x Glute band & slider bundle
     

  • 1 x Gratitude Journal
     

  • Unlimited messenger support from me between the hours of 8am and 7pm 7 days
     

  • 1 x 30 minute video call check in with me every 2 weeks to track your progress and make any adjustments needed
     

  • Self care practice habits layered into your programme, such as being mindful, step goals and gratitude practice.

FAQ's



What do I need for the video sessions?

All you need is 2 x dumb bells (or cans of food will do!), a mat (or towel) and keep a water bottle handy.
Some sessions you don't even need shoes.



I've got injuries can I still do these sessions?

100%! When we do the on boarding video call we chat about what you can and can't do and I tailor your programme accordingly.



Can I still get results in only 8 weeks?

You sure can! The sessions are all tailored to give you maximum bang for your buck so you get the most benefit out of the time spent moving.


I know you are already busy and these sessions are designed with exactly that in mind.
The ladies on the trial lost weight, became stronger and more besides.



I don't have a lot of spare time will this work for me?

It sure will. Because you don't need a load of time to get results, you just need consistency and accountability.
